The on-site wellness center with various sauna options and both indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis added a luxurious touch to the stay.In terms of service, the staff's helpfulness and attentiveness were notable. The young team members, like Dragana at the front desk and the night receptionist, stood out for their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the review also pointed out a lack of efficiency and warmth from the older staff members, highlighting a potential area for improvement.In conclusion, Royal Spa offers a decent balance between luxury and value, with room for improvement in management and guest services.
