Review by hotel critic
During my stay at Royal Spa, the hotel offered a mixed experience in terms of luxury and value. The amenities provided, such as the well-equipped room with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and modern air conditioning, showcased good value for money. However, the aging management style and outdated systems detracted from the overall luxury experience.Housekeeping maintained a clean and tidy room, while the availability of mini-bar snacks and drinks at reasonable prices was a nice touch. The on-site wellness center with various sauna options and both indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis added a luxurious touch to the stay.In terms of service, the staff's helpfulness and attentiveness were notable. The young team members, like Dragana at the front desk and the night receptionist, stood out for their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the review also pointed out a lack of efficiency and warmth from the older staff members, highlighting a potential area for improvement. In conclusion, Royal Spa offers a decent balance between luxury and value, with room for improvement in management and guest services. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with relaxing spa facilities, this hotel could be a suitable choice.
